Yard of Contrete

The unit used in measuring concrete, which is expressed in yards of contrete. A yard of contrete is 3' x 3' x 3' (3 feet squared) in volume, or 27 cubic feet in total. One yard of concrete, or a cubic yard, will cover 80 square feet of a 3.5' application, such as a patio pad or a length of walkway.
